1. Who are your products for?

Our stickers are primarily designed for truck drivers who want to give their vehicles a personal touch. We also welcome orders from individuals and businesses.

2. What types of stickers do you offer?

We offer two main types:

• Cut vinyl stickers: Made from Oracal 651, suitable for outdoor use and supplied with transfer tape.

• Printed stickers: Available in selected designs.

3. Can I choose different colors and sizes?

Each product page shows the available colors and sizes. If your preferred option isn't listed, feel free to contact us to check whether we can make it.

4. Can I order a completely custom design?

Yes! We can create custom stickers based on your ideas. Send your request to post@truck-stickers-norway.no, and we'll be happy to discuss the possibilities.

5. How long does delivery take?

We ship throughout Norway using Posten and Bring.

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, although production time and delivery times may vary. Custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information when available.

If you haven't received tracking information within three business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using Vipps, debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may depend on your device or browser.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes. For standard products purchased online, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after receiving their order.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the withdrawal period. You must then return the products within 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, provided this was communicated before purchase.

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect products always remain valid.

8. What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

For standard products, you can generally use your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, even if you selected the wrong size or color.

Personalized products may not qualify for withdrawal.

We recommend checking the selected options carefully before completing your order.

9. What if my sticker arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at post@truck-stickers-norway.no and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and help you find a solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

10. How do I apply my stickers?

Proper application helps ensure a clean finish and long-lasting results.

Always clean and dry the surface thoroughly before applying your sticker.

11. What surfaces can I apply stickers to?

Our vinyl stickers work best on clean, smooth, dry surfaces such as truck windows, painted panels and other suitable non-porous surfaces.

Application may be more difficult on textured, porous or low-adhesion surfaces, such as certain unpainted plastics.

12. Are your stickers weather-resistant?

Yes! Our Oracal 651 cut vinyl stickers are designed for outdoor use and offer resistance to normal weather conditions, including rain and sunlight.

For best results, apply them correctly and allow the adhesive to bond before washing the surface.

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing, although bonding time may vary depending on temperature and conditions.

13. Will removing a sticker damage the surface?

Oracal 651 stickers can generally be removed from suitable surfaces, but removal may leave adhesive residue.

Older stickers may require gentle heat to make removal easier.

Take extra care with delicate surfaces, damaged paint or recently painted panels.

14. Do your stickers come with transfer tape?

Yes. Our cut vinyl stickers made from Oracal 651 are supplied with transfer tape already applied, making installation easier.

Printed stickers may have different application requirements.

15. Do you accept bulk or business orders?

Absolutely!

We welcome orders from trucking companies and other businesses.

For larger quantities or special projects, contact us at post@truck-stickers-norway.no for a personalized quote.

We can also provide invoices for business purchases.
